At The Creative Print, we stand by the quality of our products and services. However, because every item is unique and custom-made just for you, our return policy is different from standard retail.
Our Print-on-Demand (POD) Commitment
The Majority of our products from The Creative Print is a custom order. This means that once an order is placed, the item is produced specifically for you. We do not hold inventory and therefore cannot simply restock and resell items that are returned.
That’s a vital component for any Print-on-Demand (POD) business. Since POD products are custom-made after an order is placed, a typical refund policy needs to be very specific to manage customer expectations and protect your business from unnecessary returns (like buyer’s remorse or wrong size choice).

1. Our Print-on-Demand (POD) Commitment

Consequently, we generally do not accept returns or offer refunds for:
- Buyer’s Remorse: Changing your mind after the order is placed.
- Incorrect Size or Fit: Please check the provided size charts carefully before ordering. Measurements may vary slightly (usually within 1 inch) due to production processes.
- Customer Input Error: Incorrect shipping addresses, typos in personalization, or submitting the wrong design files.
- Color Discrepancies: Slight color variances between the item shown on your monitor/screen and the actual product.
2. Eligibility for Returns and Refunds (The Creative Print Guarantee)
We will gladly offer a free replacement or a refund if your order meets any of the following criteria (Our Guarantee):

3. How to Submit a Claim
If your order falls under our guarantee (Section 2), please follow these steps:

- Provide Details: Clearly describe the issue (e.g., “Mug arrived broken,” or “Wrong size T-shirt sent”).

- The defect or damage on the product.
- The entire item clearly visible.
- The shipping label (if the packaging was damaged).
Note: We cannot process a replacement or refund without visual proof of the issue.

- After this period, the order has likely entered production and cannot be canceled or refunded.
